I have had a very problematic (used) car. Since the moment I have bought it, it has caused me nothing but trouble (particularly with the hatch refusing to open). I have brought this car to Botta Moto Works at least five times for this one problem alone, as well as for oil changes and other maintenance. Josh who works the front desk is the most polite and personable person you could hope to meet in customer service, especially in a body shop (I know absolutely NOTHING about cars and always worry that I am going to be taken for a $$$$ ride). Casey (the owner) has worked on my hatch problem since the first time I reported it. When I took the car to the dealership, the dealer was going to charge me $1200+ to fix the problem. Casey and his team did the work for less than half. They also let me know that there were other electrical problems with the car that could present problems down the road. As the hatch continued to have problems (the computer system stinks), Casey fixed the car each time and did not charge me. He even showed me how to fix the problem myself so that I wouldn't have to bring the car in time after time. (He also recommended that I just get a different model car, which I would do if I didn't just buy this one). Josh and Casey are always friendly, always hospitable, fast, efficient and they are GOOD at what they do. Don't think that because the same problem has popped up five different times that they are not good at fixing cars (I looked online and it turns out that this is a popular recurring problem with the car I bought... I wish I looked that up before I made the purchase). The best part -- the reason why I will ALWAYS go back to them -- is that they did not charge me for subsequent trips to the shop for the same problem (since they recognized that this is a manufacturers defect, not mine.) I cannot stress how wonderful this shop is. Take your cars there. You will not regret it. (Oh, and they also do detailing, upkeep of high-end cars and installations. You can't get any better than that.) (Also... in addition to being great mechanics and super sweet, Josh and Casey are pretty darn cute... not that that has affected my review in any way. It's just something I noticed. Do with that what you will.) 'Kay, bye.
