As a woman, I have found it very difficult to find a mechanic who doesn't talk down to me, or try to sell me on service I don't need. I love this place. All the staff is extremely friendly and seem to be very passionate about cars. There are constantly exotic cars in the parking lot. I certainly don't drive an exotic car, but the folks at Botta always make me feel as supported and taken care of as if I did! 5 stars is an understatement.
