Should be 4.5 stars. Great place to take your higher end vehicle - Good work, straightforward honest assessment of issues, good turnaround time, reasonable prices. Why not 5 stars? Their phone communications are little less than prompt - plan on calling them about your vehicle rather than the other way around. Nonetheless, I feel like I found the right place to take my audi and I would confidently recommend this shop to anyone with a high end car who wants to avoid the dealer experience.

Botta was suggested by an associate of mine. I'm so glad I listened. Michelle is wonderful, and the service I've had has Jenn fantastic!

I started working there three weeks ago and I love it!

1st estimate was $2400 + new transmission. Won't say where, but starts with AA and ends with mco! Left Botta w a car that runs like new for $1200. Women: no mansplaining! COME HERE FIRST!!!

"Skilled, competent, efficient." I have owned a Mini Cooper for the past two years. It is a car I waited years to finally own, but during my short ownership, I have spent a lot of time at Mini Cooper of Portland service facility. Frustrating. I decided to try something new and tried a private Mini Cooper repair shop off of Foster road. It was there for a week while they spent time replacing unnecessary parts while trying to diagnose why it wouldn't start. I lost faith in them and had it towed to Botta Motto Works at the advice of a friend. They had it diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. And the repair needed was overlooked by Mini and this second repair facility which was the main cause of all of my trips to Mini Copper of Portland Service Dept for the past 2 years. I was planning on selling it believing that it was a problematic car. But Botta Moto Works understands my cars unique needs and delicate nature. I feel like I can finally enjoy ownership and plan on having Botta help me keep it happy and "Mini-ing" for a while longer. Happy customer! I plan on telling everyone I know.

This shop is wonderful. I called to find out how long it would take to get an appointment. They fit me in that day (!), did the work for a super reasonable price, and answered a bunch of questions I had about some work I want to do myself. And, I wish this wasn't so noteworthy, but as a woman I am usually talked down to or assumed to be mechanically ignorant when I first interact with mechanics. The staff at Botta Moto Works did not do this and I really appreciated it. Very happy customer.
