Always great service, never more expensive than I was expecting, and often near (and sometimes less) than they quoted! Very happy with the work they've done to keep my 20-year-old car on the road and up to speed. They also were kind enough to detail five years of daily use out of it, and now it's so clean I could eat in it (but I won't). Great service at a good price.

When I went surfing online for a reputable service department for my Porsche, I thankfully came across Botta moto works. With over 460 Five Star reviews I gave them a call and quickly understood why they received those ratings. Both Casey and Andy are extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to without any pressure from their end. They gave me a very detailed bid over the phone, (followed up with an email copy) that was about a 1/3rd less than the “estimate” from the dealership. They gave me a date to drop off the car and a date when it would be ready. While working on the car, they found a small oil leak and rather than surprising me with an additional charge when I went to pay the bill or even worse; ignore the leak and move on, they took the time to send me a text message along with a photo of the leak and asked if I wanted it repaired. The car was ready on the date promised and the final bill was even a tad less than the estimate! The workmanship was outstanding to include the detail they did on the car inside and out. The final results were better than my wildest dreams. When the warranty runs out on my BMW I know where it’s going for service. You don’t need to look any further, these guys are the real deal and they offer a military discount.

This establishment is right down the street from me. I was looking for a good detail shop to really clean up my lancer evolution and nissan frontier. It may seem they only work on exotics but it's not the case and good for me. Both my cars look amazing and I am so happy with the stellar job the detailers and also the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Before pulling the trigger and getting my dream car, I called around to ensure I had a repair shop available and that I would feel comfortable taking the car to them for maintenance and/or any issues that might come up. In that initial call, before I even bought the car, Casey took the time to help me understand what I was getting into and the responsibilities I would have. In every instance, he and his team never rushed me and always took care of the issue. Oil changes, brake replacements, maintenance schedules, etc. everything was done well and at a reasonable and appropriate cost. They have NEVER nickel and dimed me, or played games to get more work. Casey has consistently demonstrated integrity, character and a dedication to seeing his clients happy with their cars. Botta Motor Works is my go-to, and I am VERY grateful to have a solid, trustworthy group like them, helping me enjoy every aspect of my investment!

Botta was amazing. When I called about my VW, they had me bring my car in that day, had it repaired by the next day, explained everything in a clear way so I understood exactly what was wrong. They also washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up. It was a great experience all the way through. I highly recommend them.
