It took me too long to find an alternative to using the BMW dealership, and I'm glad I finally did right here in the North Portland neighborhood. I've priced out a number of services in comparison to the dealership and the are consistently more affordable. The only example I have found where they are not cheaper is oil change and I bet there is a good reason for this (e.g., the oil change at the dealership often leads to so many other recommended services and upsells, and I have not had this experience at Botta, in fact, they performed some of the vehicle-check services for free that would've been charged at the dealership). Additionally, they've been fair and not seemed to take advantage of a lack of auto knowledge, such as removing small billing issues I would never catch from a quote. The best testament to their knowledge, service, and quality is the constant rotation of super cars parked out front. If folks are trusting them with those, well, that says something.
